Goals

Hi folks!

Well, the site is officially up and running, and as of this week, updating! As the banner up top says, new pages on Mondays… and barring the occasional holiday pause or technical snag, I aim to keep to that for a nice long time.

My main goal for the site is to increase my audience for Ultrastellar. That’ll be a bit of a challenge, creating a kid-friendly comic and putting it online. I certainly don’t want kids coming to the internet any earlier than they already have to!

But, here’s the thing: I don’t believe my story is ONLY for kids. Can you enjoy a comic story without graphic violence or swearing? Can you relate to a kid who feels overwhelmed by change? Can you spare a few minutes, to come back every now and then, to catch up on this story for free? Then have I got something for you!

Teens, adults, parents, teachers, comics enthusiasts and more… I encourage you to give Ultrastellar it a try — it will surprise you!

I have other goals as well! Such as? I’d like to get more feedback (send email to me at the animating address below!). I’d like to offer other kid-friendly extras on the site (like puzzle or activity pages to download and print out). I’d like to set up an online store, or at least a tip jar! And besides the new comics every Monday, I’d sure like to post here regularly so you all know I’m around…
